Every change the engine has had, in plain English. When a rating is wrong we say so, change it, and write down what changed — because a battle engine nobody can check is just an opinion with extra steps.

Added a provisional existence anchor: he survived the Demiurgos being drawn out of him and came back restored. It sits below Lucifer, because Michael did die later, though already badly wounded, and the accounts differ on who dealt the blow. The false weakness that treated his power as removable equipment is gone: he is the power.
The Mobius Chair gave Wally Doctor Manhattan's power (Flash Forward #6), so he now has Manhattan's abilities at Manhattan's ratings and power bracket. His reconstruction and existence anchor are one power, as they are for Manhattan, so they count once. The borrowed-power weaknesses stay: the Batman Who Laughs took this power from him.
This form is the original Kal-El of DC One Million. Telepathy and time manipulation belonged to his descendant Kal Kent, and an absolute willpower immunity was never shown, so all three are gone. He now has the ordinary Kryptonian kit at base Superman's level, and at least base Superman's power bracket, so the base form no longer beats his far-future self.
Removed an existence-anchor rating that no feat supports. His life is tied to his Supreme Kai (when Future Shin died, Future Beerus died with him), and Zeno erased Gods of Destruction along with their universes. His Hakai, speed, precognition and durability are unchanged.
