Whis had no way to survive a finish and no way to deliver one, so he was losing to fighters an Angel should never lose to — Ultra Ego Vegeta among them. The sealing rating we removed last week was unsourced at the maximum, and it turned out to be the only thing letting him end a fight at all. He is now rated on what the canon shows: Angels cannot be killed by an opponent, he seals Beerus asleep in his temple, and his Temporal Do-Over rewinds about three minutes. He still loses to the handful of beings who operate above him.
Shigaraki's Decay was recorded as though it were an object he could be separated from, which meant anyone able to banish him got a free off-switch. It is his own hands, so that is fixed. The engine now also understands that a power needing bare contact cannot land on someone far faster — he keeps his strength against them, but not Decay.
Wally West in the Mobius Chair had no speed rating at all — the engine was measuring the Flash on how fast his chair flies. He is the fastest speedster alive and in this form he outran the Speed Force itself, so he is now rated for it. He can also now str
Scarlet Witch was rated as a minor magic user. In Multiverse of Madness she kills Black Bolt, Reed Richards, Captain Carter, Captain Marvel and Professor X in minutes and takes Kamar-Taj on her own, so she is now rated for what she actually does. Her old
Mahito had no speed rating at all, which made him far easier to keep away from than he should be.
Thragg had no speed rating despite outpacing every other Viltrumite. He is now rated for it.
Doom is now credited as the trained fighter and duellist he is.
The Hulk had no speed rating at all. He leaps miles at a time and catches things in mid-air, so he is no longer treated as though he stands still.
Naruto had no speed rating whatsoever, which is why fast opponents were walking through him. Six Paths Sage Mode dodges attacks moving at light speed, and he can fly in it.
Superman is now credited for the fighting he has actually been taught — by Batman, Wonder Woman and others. He was being treated as though he had never learned to fight at all.
Yhwach was rated as a reality warper, which he is not — that put a bracket 8 fighter on the same footing as Zeno and the Beyonder. The Almighty is now recorded properly: he sees what is coming, destroys threats before they land, and can undo his own death
