Every change the engine has had, in plain English. When a rating is wrong we say so, change it, and write down what changed — because a battle engine nobody can check is just an opinion with extra steps.
Ratings that were wrong, and what they are now. Newest first.
Re-mapped from the comics (2005-2010): he rebuilt himself twice after the Molecule Man scattered him and then took the Molecule Man apart (Dark Avengers #10-12), so his reforming is rated 8 with regeneration 9, counted as one power, and taking matter apart is rated 8; that win is recorded. Strength 8 (tore Ares in half). Speed removed (no timed feat). Mind attacks and magic recorded as the ways he has been stopped.
Re-mapped from the comics: energy 7 to 9 (the Galactus Event across star systems), planet destruction and imprisonment added, travel speed no longer counted as combat speed, hunger is no longer an in-fight timer.
Re-mapped from the 2018-2019 Starlin graphic novels: the guessed speed and strength removed (he never moves), stasis prison 9 and time control 8 added, mind and awareness lowered (his own past self took him over).
Re-mapped from the comics: durability raised (Wolverine's claws failed to pierce him), telepathy and banishment recorded as the ways he has actually been stopped, the unread limiter tag removed.
Re-mapped from the comics: speed corrected (keeps pace with Spider-Man), strength 4 to 5 (throws a jeep and a van), webbing restraints and camouflage added; mass depletion recorded. Sound strips the symbiote, as before.
Re-mapped from the comics: healing 2 to 4 (heals wounds in hours, never regrew a limb or eye), strength 3, Promethium armour, stealth 4, tactics 8; possession and family used against him recorded.
Re-mapped from the comics: the invented stamina limit removed; easily tricked and reliant on his weapons recorded as minor weaknesses.
Re-mapped from the Tournament of Power: speed 10 to 9 (no timed feat; below Whis), autonomous dodging added as reflexes 9, the divine avatar tag and overconfidence removed; the form lasts about a minute and then ends.
Re-mapped from the manga: strength 8 to 7 (best feat is island scale), regeneration 6 to 4 (recovers by eating), cartoon reshaping kept at 5 as utility, Haki armour-piercing raised to 6; the form running out mid-fight stays.
Re-mapped from the manga (living Ten-Tails jinchuriki): tier 7 to 6 (level with Six Paths Naruto, below Kaguya), durability 8 to 7, Perfect Susanoo strength 7, meteors added, precognition removed (no feat), weak to having the tailed beasts extracted (ch. 690-691).
Re-mapped from the manga (Six Paths Sage Mode): speed 8 to 6 (no light-speed feat), regeneration 7 to 6 (his arm never regrew), Rasenshuriken and Tailed Beast Balls added as energy attacks, toad summons removed from 1v1, chakra exhaustion eased, intelligence split into science 4 and tactics 6.
Dr. Manhattan can now finish opponents by taking them apart at the molecular level, as he does in the comics (Rorschach, Reverse-Flash, Metron). Before this he had no recorded way to finish anyone his reality-warping could not reach, so many of his fights ended with no winner or went against him.
Recorded the World-Cutting Slash, which cuts the space a target occupies, so Infinity gives no protection against it. Removed an unsupported invulnerability rating: his regeneration is what makes him hard to put down.
Recorded the World-Cutting Slash, which cuts the space a target occupies, so Infinity gives no protection against it. His domain is now rated as refined as Gojo's, as the manga states for their Shinjuku clash. Removed an unsupported invulnerability rating: his regeneration is what makes him hard to put down.
Removed an unsupported invulnerability rating. His body is protected by Infinity and his healing, not by being hard to hurt: Sukuna cut him once his domain fell and cut him in half with the World-Cutting Slash. Weaker domains no longer get past his Infinity: his own, more refined domain answers them.

Removed an unsupported invulnerability rating. His body is protected by Infinity and his healing, not by being hard to hurt, so once an opponent gets past Infinity he is as easy to put down as his healing allows.
Reverse-Flash's speed rating is raised from 7 to 8. He has fought Barry Allen at his own speed and beaten him inside the Speed Force, but he loses the decisive clashes, so he rates below the two Flashes.
Superman's speed rating is lowered from 10 to 9. He has lost or tied most of his races against the Flashes (one narrow win, in Superman: Up in the Sky #4), so he now rates just below them.
Barry Allen's speed rating is raised from 8 to 10. He left Superman behind in Flash: Rebirth #3 and is only a hair behind Wally West, so both Flashes now sit at the top of the speed scale.
Wally West's speed rating is raised from 8 to 10. He has beaten Superman in a race and outran Barry Allen at the last moment in The Flash #48 (2018), so he sits at the top of the speed scale.
Franklin Richards moved from bracket 11 to 12. He has created universes more than once on his own (Counter-Earth during Onslaught, and a new universe in Fantastic Four #574), and as an adult he revived Galactus as his herald. He now beats Zeno, Rune King Thor, both Chaos Kings and Mikaboshi.
Zeno moved from bracket 13 to 12. He has erased several universes and a whole future timeline, which is the many-universes level. Bracket 13 is for beings shown controlling the structure of an entire multiverse. On the same tier he now loses to cosmic beings who are harder to put down than he is, including Franklin Richards.
John Constantine's preparation rating was raised to 5. It counts only when a fight allows preparation: there he now beats Jon Snow, The Mountain, Ned Stark, Jaime Lannister and four others. His random-encounter results are unchanged.
John Constantine's sheet now covers his comics version (Hellblazer and his DC runs). His on-the-spot magic and con artistry were raised and curses were added, each sourced to the comics. One of his matchups changed result: he now beats Nolan's Batman.

Iceman's sheet is now pinned to his Krakoa-era Omega version. His telekinesis and teleportation ratings were removed: the evidence reviewed does not support them as rated. His invulnerability, size and regeneration ratings stay under review. No fight result changed.
Rated Cyclops's strength and hand-to-hand training. 16 Oct 2026.
Rated Loki's physical strength from his interrupted brawl with a depowered Thor. 16 Oct 2026.
Rated Gorr's blade handling from his interrupted clash with young Thor; All-Black's power is separate. 16 Oct 2026.
Rated Mihawk's physical strength: stopping Zoro's full technique with a small knife. 16 Oct 2026.
Rated Bane's fighting skill for the first time: self-taught in prison, good enough to beat a prepared Batman, short of Batman at his best. 16 Oct 2026.
Rimuru Tempest's sheet scope and story notes now reflect his final light-novel version: Ciel, the Void God Azathoth and his True Dragon form. His ratings are not yet fully re-rated for that version. 16 Oct 2026.
Removed Eren Yeager's precognition rating: glimpses of memories through royal contact are not in-fight prediction of an opponent's moves. 16 Oct 2026.
Removed the Xenomorph's weapon-skill rating: its tail and claws are natural weapons, not trained skill. A rating for them will follow once properly mapped. 16 Oct 2026.
The flag button under every result is the most useful thing on this site. You do not need to explain yourself — “Naruto’s faster than that” was enough to find a character with no speed rating at all. Sign in first and we will credit you here by name.
