Papyrus can’t kill anyone lol

Ha, love this post 😂 Good news for the Great Papyrus though: the engine doesn't need anyone to be a killer to win. A "finish" on the site means anything that ends the fight: a knockout, a hold, a capture. That fits Papyrus perfectly, because in Undertale if you lose to him he doesn't kill you, he captures you and locks you in his shed. NYEH HEH HEH.

He's also not the weakest on the roster. I ran him against everyone and he beats about 26 characters, including Walter White, Sherlock Holmes, the Joker, Harley Quinn, Two-Face, Daredevil, Nightwing, Black Widow and Taskmaster. Where he gets clapped is against anyone with real powers, and that's just his tier: he's an aspiring Royal Guard with bone attacks and blue-soul gravity, not a powerhouse.

That said, his kit is one of the newer, lighter ones, so he's going on the list for a proper review. If you think a specific move is missing (his special attack, say), drop it here with where it happens in the game and it'll get looked at.
