The problem is that Infinity has a ceiling. Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku works on a far bigger scale of power than anything Gojo has ever had to deal with, and force that big is more than the barrier can hold back. Once it gets through, the body behind it is human.

Gojo can absolutely hit Goku too. His domain can take Goku out of the fight, and his pressure drains Ultra Instinct's stamina, which is MUI's real weak spot. So it isn't one-sided. But Goku is tougher, so he lands his finish first.

Oh wow I didnt know that 😅! I get where you're coming from, but if Gojo has both his brain filtering it, and manually filtering it, then Goku should not be able to hit him. Also, this is defenetly weakening the side for Gojo, but if he uses infinity, all he gets is the instant hit affect because of ultra instinct.

Ok I'm going down a right rabbit hole running hundreds of tests. This match up hasn't sat right with me for ages. Yes Goku is usually vastly more powerful but his attacks shouldn't breach infinity. Right now the engine has just been dealing with a winner or no finish result. With this one it can basically be 50/50 like if goku destroys the planet then instant transmission to a different planet he could win but if he gets frustrated trying to breach infinity gojo could close the gap and use unlimited void to shut him down. So lots of tests are being ran right now and it will be revised / updated.

No mate haha its not bugging me at all I love this stuff. I spent years obsessed over who would win fights and wanted to know exactly how they would do it and how different cross universe powers would interact so to me its good fun finding out. That's why I'm happy to research everything and get the engine stronger. My specialty is Marvel and DC because they are what I grew up with so a lot of anime characters I have to do lots of research into them then test them all out. I have watched Dragon ball and now I'm watching JJK for research purposes lol it's good though.

yeah, I so many people hate me for this, but I haven't seen Dragonball yet, but I have seen all of JJK and read up to the hidden inventory arc, I really like it so far, and the intro songs are all so good! of course, the King Gnu ones are the best-in my opinion, at least.

Dragon ball was cool I watched it earlier this year for the first time and I was surprised how funny it actually is some scenes had me crying with laughter. Considering that was a show that was on tv when I was a kid there was no way we should of been watching some of it haha. I'm only about 9 episodes into JJK so I've got a lot to watch and learn but I'm enjoying it so far.
