Hmmm this one it a tough one as it has many different results based on how the fight goes down. Random encounter I would say iron man takes it comfortably as his suits are far more powerful and adaptable than a traditional batsuit. But if were talking all out top of the line the final batsuit made by the world forger (so I'm not sure if that counts) beats Tonys god buster armour. If Bruce wayne got into a bar fight with Tony , Bruce beats him badly.
