Tweak Bugs Bunny 🐰

Hello! I was bored so I decided to try some matchups with Bugs. But little did I know that he can literally beat every single character in the gallery with “Toon Logic”. In my opinion, I think it should be edited so Bugs doesn’t completely rely on his cartoon forces. Bugs is a great character though and I think he has high potential!
